As Radek likes to say, Jared is like his brother from another mother. They met in 2006 when they were both training as new recruits to be Reserve Deputies in the Portland area. Jared and Radek were inseparable partners for over 14 years and this bond of professional brotherhood continues to extend outside the uniform. Jared is an avid outdoorsman and when not working, he can be found hiking, kayaking, fishing or enjoying some much-needed downtime with his wife.
