Radek and his family fled the former Czechoslovakia when he was 13 years old. After living in Italy and then traveling throughout the US, his family settled in Portland, Oregon. He started working alongside his father laying tile and carpeting from a young age and even today, you may see his dad on the job site. Radek possesses a staggering amount of construction and renovation experience and truly enjoys applying this knowledge to the special needs of each client and their home renovation project. It is a passion that he has honed for over 40+ years.

Another passion of Radek’s’ is swimming. He trained extensively for the 1992 Summer Olympics until an injury sidelined his swimming career. You will find that everything Radek does is done with passion, 100% commitment, integrity and honesty. He is a father to a son, a dog and much to his chagrin- 3 cats. When he isn’t working, he enjoys boating, crabbing, camping and riding snow mobiles.
